Youth is a vigorous force, a group with the most energy and potential. On the morning of May 4th, Hansoh Phama Group’s first Youth Representative Conference was held at the administrative center. Group President Lyu Aifeng, Group leaders and heads of each business unit shared their experience and insights with over 100 youth representatives.

The Group has established a “people oriented” culture, and provides a broad stage for young people. The conference points out that young Hansohers should pass on the culture and achievements from the past over 20 years, devote themselves into technological innovation of medicine as part of the efforts for "healthy China 2030", and build Hansoh into a world first-class innovative pharma company. With confidence and perseverance, wisdom and strength, they are bound to shine along with the booming of Hansoh.

With a history of only 23 years, Hansoh is also at its prime. “Young people are dream chasers. To realize dreams, they need passion and ideals, as well as hard work and dedication”. In the new journey it is about to embark on, the Group will bring together and lead the young generation to live their youth and Hansoh Dream: promoting technological innovation and internationalization strategy to embrace high quality development as soon as possible.
