A launch ceremony for the “Special Fund for Caring for Medical Staff” was held in Changsha on October 15. It is the first special fund established by Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, at its aim is to further attend to the physical and psychological health of medical staff and support health-related causes in China. Hansoh Pharma contributed the fund’s initial capital.

China’s heath care workers have long served the people wholeheartedly by promoting a spirit of cherishing life, healing the sick and rescuing the dying, of dedication and delivering boundless love. Project plans call for media to be invited to hospitals to approach medical staff and objectively and fairly report on their work, so that the public can have a clear understanding of the medical work they do, thereby building confidence in medical workers and spreading positive energy. In addition, a “care team” consisting of famous domestic psychologists will be established to provide psychological guidance and carry out various sympathy and support activities.
