SHANGHAI, October 19, 2026—Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (Hansoh Pharma, 03692.HK) today announces that it has entered into a strategic collaboration and license agreement with Roche. This agreement marks the second collaboration between the two companies in the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) field, building on a solid and productive relationship leveraging the two groups' deep expertise, Hansoh and Roche will accelerate the global development of novel ADC programs and bring them to patients worldwide.

The strategic collaboration spans a broad portfolio of ADC programs, comprising two preclinical Hansoh ADC programs and multiple ADC programs based on Roche-proposed targets powered by Hansoh’s proprietary ADC technology platform.

Under the collaboration agreement, Hansoh will lead the early development of the programs up to the completion of global PhaseⅠa clinical trials. Roche will be responsible for further developing the programs worldwide (excluding the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). Hansoh will retain all rights to develop, register and commercialize the programs within the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Hansoh will receive an upfront payment of US$400 million as well as a first anniversary payment of US$110 million, and be eligible to receive potentially more than US$15 billion in milestone payments associated with the development, regulatory approval and commercialization of the programs, as well as tiered royalties on potential future product sales. Under this agreement, Hansoh has the option to select up to two programs and contribute to their development outside the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan and, in return for such contribution, become eligible to receive incremental upside from the commercialization of these two programs in the United States.

Eliza Sun, Executive Director of the Board, Hansoh Pharma, said: “Building on the ADC partnership we announced last year, we are delighted to further strengthen our collaboration with Roche. This new agreement reflects our shared commitment to advancing ADC innovation and underscores our strategy of leveraging our deep expertise to accelerate the development of transformative therapies for cancer patients globally.”

“Expanding our strategic collaboration with Hansoh marks an important step in advancing our ADC vision. Exploring next generation ADCs is one of the most compelling frontiers in oncology today, offering the opportunity to address critical unmet needs and accelerate potential therapies for patients worldwide”, said Boris L. Zaïtra, Head of Corporate Business Development at Roche.
